Juicy Joe is standing up for himself. Joe Giudice tells Us Weekly in an exclusive interview that he did not cheat on his now-incarcerated wife Teresa with a woman named Jamie Jackson, as claimed in an InTouch cover story published this week.

Both the Real Housewives of New Jersey hubby and Jackson debunk the story to Us, saying InTouch lied about supposed evidence of an alleged hotel tryst. The tabloid claimed that Giudice carried out the affair just four weeks before his wife was due to check into prison in early January for a 15-month prison sentence; Giudice, however, tells Us that it’s entirely false.

“No, I did not flirt with her. I did not make out with her, nothing happened between us,” the father of four tells Us. “Everything InTouch is saying that happened between us are lies.”

Jackson echoes Giudice, telling Us: “I definitely never slept with him… Nothing happened with me and Joe, I didn’t know him prior, nothing inappropriate happened at any time. We did not hook up, kiss, or anything more. I saw him at the two business meals and nothing more, it’s all made up bulls—.”

Giudice and Jackson tell Us they’ve only met on two separate occasions — the second time during a business dinner at Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City. The swanky hotel is where InTouch has claimed they carried out their supposed tryst.

“Teresa knew that I was down there both times,” Giudice, 42, tells Us. “So it’s not like I went down there with her not knowing.” Meanwhile, incriminating photos were supposedly snapped of Giudice and Jackson during a group dinner.

“I’m not sure [what] juicy photos they could get, we were just sitting at a table with others at a business dinner,” Jackson tells Us.

InTouch reported that Giudice and Jackson disappeared together after the dinner for about “20 minutes” into a master suite, where she emerged “buttoning her blouse and crying hysterically.”

“This story doesn’t make any sense,” he says. InTouch also claimed to have a video of the couple making out at dinner. “I said ‘Really? I doubt it, but if you do then God bless you, I don’t know where you got it from.’ …Let’s get real here, if I’m going to make out with a girl, is it going to be in the middle of Carmine’s? No way.”

Both Giudice and Jackson were notified by InTouch that the story was being released, and the Bravo star denied it on the record.

“They said they’re putting the story out anyway,” he tells Us. “I guarantee you that nothing happened. They said they have a video of me in a bedroom? What are they talking about? They said I’ve been with this girl more than one time, it’s not true. I met this girl twice and nothing went on.”

He notes to Us that InTouch released a cover story last week of his wife and her time behind bars which featured a doctored photo. “The picture they used of Teresa isn’t even her!” Giudice tells Us. “I can clearly see that my wife’s head is pasted on that body that’s not hers. They couldn’t even use the real pictures or real facts.”

As previously reported by Us, Teresa will be released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn., before Christmas, two months shy of her 15-month sentence. Her husband — who remains at home with their four daughters Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 4 — will then begin his consecutive 41-month stint in prison.
